Talk to a someone, anyone
You may have tried to talk to someone, and they didn’t know what to say. Not everyone chooses the right words. They too, might be scared by what you are experience. But some people do know what to say.
Ask to see a friend or open up to a family member. Plan what you are going to say, it will make it easier to open up. Being vulnerable and speaking up means you are one step closer to getting better. But it also means you can choose what you want to share.
Perhaps you may be more comfortable speaking with a therapist. Embrace has identified specialized therapists that can help you. Get in touch with the team here on email@example.com or call 1564.
The Embrace LifeLine team is ready to speak with you from 12pm to 2am everyday. Just call 1564 and someone on the other end of the line is there to listen to you and keep your secrets safe. They could either recommend a support group or provide you with access to a professional.
